A joint venture between Webb Associates, Inc. and Lankford Associates, Inc. was formed to meet healthcare organizations’ real estate and development needs. Unlike other firms, Webb Associates, Inc.  takes an inside-out approach to developing integrated healthcare real-estate solutions, which begin with a thorough  understanding of the needs of patients, physicians, staff and administration before any project is begun.

Working under the premise that a unified strategy will best meet organizational goals, Webb Associates, Inc. has assembled a team of the best and brightest experts from the fields of healthcare management and real estate development, design and construction.

About Lankford & Associates
Founded in 1982 to acquire, develop, and manage commercial property in southern California, Lankford & Associates, Inc. is based in San Diego with branch offices located in Sacramento, California and Denver, Colorado. Lankford & Associates' first project was Regents Square, an award-winning complex with eleven-story, nine-story and two-story office buildings totaling 301,805 square feet in La Jolla's prestigious Golden Triangle area. The project became an area landmark and had one of the most successful lease-up rates in the area. Going beyond the traditional in their approach to landscaping and site planning, Lankford & Associates implemented an art collection and sculpture displays in the lobbies of both buildings. They have also sponsored exhibits in the buildings through the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art.

Prior to establishing Lankford & Associates, Inc., Mr. Lankford served 12 years as Vice President and Project Manager for The John Madden Company, a major Denver developer. During this period with The John Madden Company, Mr. Lankford oversaw development of more than 3 million square feet of office space in Denver, Omaha, Michigan, and Wyoming. Major projects included Denver's Greenwood Plaza, a 300 acre business park with more than 2.5 million square feet of office space, and master planning and zoning for Greenwood Plaza South, a $600 million, mixed-use project to include office space, hotel, retail and residential uses.
